Finished with lacquer, Black Walnut base, Padauk crossbars, Stained Maple Dowels. Note that the stand removes from, and snaps onto, the base for compact storage. Also, thanks to the limits of the Polaroid film, you cannot see the RICH red that the Padauk has. Sad that. I produced a rich, deep black on the dowels by using shoe dye. |
